Gulu Main Market Silver fish vendors are currently calling for the intervention of witch doctors to help identify suspected thieves after losing fish worth an estimated UGX10 million this year.
Frustrated by the persistent thefts, the vendors want Gulu City authorities to bring in a herbalist or traditional healer to help expose those behind the losses.
However, Deputy Resident City Commissioner (RCC) for Laroo-Pece, Peter Banya, says authorities will investigate the thefts.
