Sweden based Northern Uganda renowned businesswoman and director of Bapa Hotel, Bapa Ella has sparked heated debate on social media after claiming she terminated a six-week pregnancy involving her Acholi boyfriend because her online “white future husband” was coming to Uganda.
According to Ella, she immediately sought medical help after learning that the man she had been communicating with online was coming to visit her.
“I aborted a six weeks pregnancy for my Acholi boyfriend because my online white future husband was coming to visit me in Uganda,” she claimed.
The 36 year old socialite reportedly said she did not want the pregnancy to interfere with her plans for what she described as a future with her online partner.
The revelation has triggered mixed reactions online, with Ugandans debating relationships, money, pregnancy decisions and the expectations surrounding online romances.
