Singer Rackara Aron Trust, aka Vokz Mentor, says fellow artist Kasid Puma has single-handedly promoted Badman Jelly G without even realizing it.
Speaking on the recent online buzz, Vokz Mentor argued that Kasid Puma’s constant public clashes with Badman Jelly G have only drawn more attention to him.
“Sometimes when you keep attacking someone, you’re actually marketing them,” Vokz said. “Kasid Puma has pushed Jelly G's name further than he knows.”
Vokz believes the duo should put their differences aside and get back to making music together.
“Maybe this is the time they need to come together and say, ‘This is it, my brother. Let’s get back to doing music together.’ It would be very nice to see that happen,” Vokz said.
He added that the two started out together and need each other now more than ever.
“If they don’t use each other right, there will be no time when they’ll be stronger. Together they were better. If they reunite now, at their prime, trust me, these guys are going to keep going.”
The comments come amid an ongoing exchange between Kasid Puma and Badman Jelly that has dominated social media since last year.
