Kitgum S.4 Student Knocked dead by boda boda Rider hours to his final paper

Kitgum Alliance College fraternity is engulfed in sadness following the untimely passing of their own student, Okoya Wilfred who passed away on Monday 6th November.

Wilfred, 20 a senior four (S.4) student of Kitgum Alliance College died as a result of injuries sustained after he was knocked down by a motorcyclist who managed to escape after the incident.

Godfrey Godi Ocaya, the deputy Headteacher of Alliance College said Wilfred was knocked by motorcyclist at Corner Mission along Kitgum-Musigo raod.

"When the motorcyclist knocked him down at Corner Mission, he was rushed to Kitgum General hospital on that same day and was later transferred to St Mary's hospital Lacor where he was pronounced on Monday dead.'' 

The deceased with his colleagues were watching the Fufa drum match between Acholi Province and Lango Province in Kitgum Bomah Ground on Sunday, 5th evening.

According to the report, the deceased was a senior four student who was sitting senior four examinations and was left only with the fine art paper.
