Hon Mapenduzi has expressed openness to discussing Hon Norbert Mao's interests, emphasizing respect for individuals expressing their intentions.
According to Mapenduzi, they don't talk with Mao, stating that if he's serious about his speakership race, he would have talked to him.
"If he's serious about it, I'd have talked to him," Mapenduzi said, noting no direct communication has occurred between them.
He noted that if Hon Norbert Mao had expressed interest to him, he would probably try to pursue him in dialogue.
"If he had expressed interest to me, we'd have dialogue, probably pursue what's best for the party," Mapenduzi added with a hint of intrigue.
