Three unidentified suspected cattle thieves have been lynched to death and the Toyota Hiace car (Drone) they were traveling in was set ablaze by unidentified assailants in Diobe village, Metino Parish, Abuku Sub-county, Koboko District.
Residents believe they were killed on suspicion of being cattle thieves, given that there have been several cattle raids in the area in recent months.
Police have conveyed their bodies to Koboko hospital mortuary and also recovered the wreckage of their car registration number UA 186BP as investigations into the motive of their murder continue.
