Mr. Ben Oyika, the long-serving headteacher of Kitgum Public Primary School, has died.
Mr. Oyika, who formerly retired from active civil service after concluding his tenure at the school, passed away on Sunday night at St. Joseph’s Hospital Lacor, according to reports.
The celebrated educationist was well known for his strong reputation as a dedicated and strict mathematics teacher and administrator in Kitgum.
