Ker Kwaro Acholi has secured 20 full scholarships from Limkokwing University to boost education and skills training in Acholi Sub-region.
The announcement was made yesterday by Limkokwing University Vice Chancellor Dr. Sally Bett during a partnership meeting with Komakech Charles, Minister of Education and Sports at Ker Kwaro Acholi.
Dr. Bett also said the university would offer 150 partial scholarships to students referred by Ker Kwaro Acholi.
She urged that the opportunities go to disciplined, needy students who can benefit from the institution’s creative and technology-focused programs.
“Only disciplined and needy children should be given the opportunity to amplify their skills with cutting-edge creative courses,” Bett said.
Limkokwing University is a global leader in technology and arts education. It operates across three continents with nine campuses and has trained more than 30,000 creatives in fields including architecture, design and multimedia, e-commerce and ICT, broadcasting, digital media, fashion, and design.
