Mwaka Emmanuel Lutukumoi, former national spokesman for the Democratic Party, has urged the people of Acholi and Uganda to vote for National Unity Platform presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine and Rev. Fr Onen Charles in the upcoming general elections.
Mwaka, a former RDC for Lira and Kitgum District, emphasized that Acholi and Uganda should vote for Robert Kyagulanyi as president against President Museveni, and Rev. Fr Onen Charles as MP for Laroo-Pece against Hon Norbert Mao.
Mwaka, currently living in the USA, accused President Museveni of torture, which allegedly led to his developing a neurological disease.
He stated he's learning to speak and walk, and attributes his progress to God. He expressed gratitude for his healing and uses social media to share his experiences.
Mwaka wants Ugandans to have a just, free Uganda, not under kleptocracy or claksocracy, saying many live in fear.
He fled due to the bad government and Museveni's family dictatorship. He advocates voting for Bobi Wine, not Museveni, who's ruled for 40 years.
Mwaka considers Onen a better option than Norbert Mao, stating that if Museveni and Mao cared for Ugandans, especially Acholi, they'd have restocked cows taken in 1986.
He blamed the presence of 'Balalo' in Acholi on President Museveni, citing this as a reason to vote for Bobi Wine.
