A section of displeasured residents from Apaa township have on Wednesday, 22, February, 2023 stormed Ker Kwaro Acoli protesting over their land in Apaa.
The men and women carried three black empty caskets with Apaa writing on them.
This come after they were given a period of three months to leave the area and relocate to another places.
Now these residents have pitched camp in the palace in search of Rwot Acana's intervention on the land matter.
On February 15, 2023 while speaking to a section of the project affected residents and local government leaders at Amuru District headquarters, Prime Minister RT Hon Robbinah Nabbanja issued the directive that they must vacate the area within three months or face forceful eviction.
