Musician-turned-politician Lucky Bosmic Otim has pledged to sponsor the education of the late singer Ziggy Miles' son.
Bosmic, CEO of Nile Republic Crew where the late was a member, said the child, currently in primary school, will receive full educational support from primary through Senior Four.
"As Nile Republic Crew, we will cater for the late Ziggy Miles' mother and son. From P.1 to S.4, that responsibility will be in our hands. We are also parents and understand the need," Bosmic said.
He added that the crew would not extend support to the late singer’s widow, noting she had remarried. Bosmic did not attend Ziggy Miles' burial in person.
Ziggy Miles, who left behind one child, died on May 19, 2026, at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital after battling illness for one year and seven months.
