Celebrated gospel artist and minster Pastor Joseph Okidi, who died from multiple organs failure will be laid to rest on Saturday, November 1, 2025, according to organizing committee.
Okidi, who was the General Overseer of Revival Fountain Ministries died of multiple organs failure on September 30, 2025 at the International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where he had been referred to after sustaining severe brain injuries in a road crash along the Gulu-Juba Highway.
He was initially admitted at St Mary's hospital Lacor where his condition prompted an outpouring of public prayers and support.
The late singer and minster served as Gulu University Guid President, and later as an Alumni representative on University's governing council.
On Thursday November, 30, 2025, the body will leaves Kampala for Gulu where it will spends a night at his residence.
On Friday November 31,10, 2025, at 9.00 am the body will be moved to Revival Fountain Church for prayers and after the body leaves the church at 1.00.pm for Agago district.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, his remains will be laid to rest at Wang Lobo- Gere Gere sub county in Agago.
