Police in Wakiso district have today Saturday destroyed 15 acres of Marijuana plantation located in Masulita and Magoogo sub county
Kampala Metropolitan police says one person identified by the name of Samuel Mugambwa has been arrested to assistance in the examination.
The suspect was found in possession of three sacks of Marijuana ready to be transported, he is currently detained at Kakiri Police as investigations are ongoing
According to police, the operation was intelligence-led because it was conducted after receiving information that there were big Marijuana gardens in the said areas.
