This will surely shock many but it seems manager Ghetto Prince has finally waved the white flag and put an end to his long battle with the people who wanted to use the late Beniman Mzee B's brand for their financial benefits.
The former Beniman Mzee B's manager declared that he is no longer interested in fighting over the late's property which he has been protecting since he passed away in 202.
Manager Prince said he is no longer going to block or stop any artist or anyone willing to renovate the singer's grave or staging his memorial concert.
He narrated that as time goes on he will also be releasing the late singer's unreleased project left in the recording studio.
Manager Ghetto Prince has been allegedly accused for stealing the late Bernard Ogwang's belongings and funds sent to him in the name of supporting the late's family.
In 2019, before his death, Mzee B gave manager Prince power over all his properties and other belongings.
Prince told this website in a phone call that he has no interest anymore in stopping anybody from using the late's brand for their personal benefits.
He pointed out that there are fellow individuals like singer Figure Boy who wants to use the late's names for financial benefits. Ghetto Prince's remarks came following several accusations made by top Lango based musicians.
''I want to clear the air that whoever feels he really needs 2star entertainment, to be like Bernard or to be like king Beniman that person should feel free to come and takeover 2star Entertainment. As manager Prince now not in bad faith. I have done my best though it wasn't easy. I had a lot of different fights from some artists and those pretending to be musicians also involved in. People are seeing like I am surviving a lot in 2star yet I have been making life without ever since 2020 and I'm now living so for now i want to make it very clear from this year any concert that is going to happen for Mzee B they are free to do it. Anything to do with 2star's Ent. music label they are free to do anything with it as me, for now I have put my hands up. I will not be there to compete or fight for the deceased property. I did my best whatever he asked me to do, we did it together so because he told that Prince when I'm buried down on ground that is the time you can let me go and our relationship with it has ended but still when you are still living as you manager Prince, I know 2star Entertainment will still be alive because you are me and am you. I respect that and we have all his music."
"With time we shall be releasing his music but anything concerning his grave renovation and his memorial concert. Whoever feels like the like of Figure Boy and the rest feel free, and continue because you want to grab, compete and fight over the dead property and that is what I wanted to say that I no longer want to fight over the late property." He concluded.
Ever since the 2Stars Entertainment boss was laid to rest in his eternal home, his manager has been facing numerous allegations and accusations from both friends and musicians wanted to make his death for income generation.
Beniman passed away on Tuesday 4th August, 2020 following a battle with prostate cancer which had lasted almost two years at Mulago Cancer Institute.
