Singer, songwriter Richard Luyira alias Lyferic Muzic has expressed his interest in a mayorship position after graduating from a leadership school in France.
The singer has announced that he is set to run for seat come 2026 general election.
He took to his social media to make the announcement as he openly revealed how is set to join politics.
In September this year, the singer graduated with diploma in leadership, LCC and BCC from University de' Strasbourg
He stated that he is very prepared to take on the current mayor for the seat saying he got whatever is required for him to unseat mayor Oryema John Bosco.
He has joined the league of youth like Badman Koda who has declared to contest against Hon Gilbert Olanya and Nile TV CEO Eng Tony Olanya Olenge who has also declared to unseat Hon. Santa Okot.
