On Monday, Northern Uganda outstanding Influencer, blogger and promoter, Jacob Pacoto alias Starboy Spragga has yet inked another juicy deal with Liquor store Gulu as their new brand ambassador.
This comes just after a few days of scooping a deal with the Uganda Aids Commission for an awareness campaigns about HIV/AIDs.
Spragga's main task will be to market the company brands to the public. The partnership is intended to create more brand awareness.
