Controversial musician Patz Culture was on Friday 17th said to have been arraigned before he was detained at Gulu Central Police Station.
The Lapiny Oloyo hitmaker who is known for his controversy in the music industry and also planning to hold his concert like fellow artists this December was reportedly arrested from his usual hangout spot in the cemetery road, Gulu City.
However, the reason for his arraignment remains unknown for now but we shall keep posted on the developing side of the story.
