Legendary musician turned politician Otim William alias Bosmic Otim has picked his 2003 UACE certificate to contest for Gulu West member of parliament seat in 2021.
We learnt that Bosmic Otim went to UNEB headquarter in Ntinda, Kampala and picked his UACE certificate inorder to battle very well with opposition leaders for parliamentary seat.
Bosmic showed his intentions for parliamentary seat earlier this year when he joined fellow comrade Bobi Wine as People Power Youth Mobilizer in Northern Uganda and later parted ways over leadership misunderstanding.
However, is well known that Bosmic Otim is runing under NRM flagship but he has not yet pick up his nomination form.
