News coming through to our news desk indicate that the Music In Space concert which was scheduled to take place at Camp Kigali in Rwanda on Saturday 23rd, August 2025 has been cancelled after the CEO Mr Bjorn suffered a serious medical emergency.
The concert which was meant for the Gulu people was moved to Rwanda after the organisers were disappointed with the entrusted local team in Gulu City.
The CEO remains in hospital in critical condition and a new rescheduled date will be announced shortly when he fully recovered, said the team.
It is said he recently experienced two heart attacks, and his doctors have advised that he cannot participate in any events until he has made a full recovery.
Mr Bjorn is not only the organiser of the show but also a key figure in its production, including the inclusive short film on the climate change and conservation that was to be premiered and his illness has forced the concert to be put on hold.
The team also appealed to their fans and supporters who have already purchased over 3,000 tickets for the concert that their tickets will remain valid for the new date.
