Legendary musician Odoch Allan popularly known as Smokie Allan has expressed his deep disappointment and lashed out at the Northern Uganda Musicians leadership for their greediness and selfishness.
He blamed the leaders for secretly holding meetings to chase for money from Gen Salim Saleh for themselves as individuals and not minding about other artists.
This comes after the singer was notified by fellow artists in the music industry that a day ago, a group of selected artists were blocked from accessing Gen Salim Saleh to seek financial assistance in Purongo without his appointments.
According to Allan, it's so embarrassing that he as one of the artists who have played a very big role in the development of the music industry is left out of this initiative.
He however warned the greedy leaders to start being transparent or else they will face fire because he is not a fool.
He stated that if people want him to start acting like his fellow music legend Bosmic Otim by speaking the truth he is ready.
"I will become like Bosmic by telling the truth about people. That's what I am going to do. How come I get information again from Lira. Those of Blood Moon and the rest update me on what is going on. They think I don't know anything." Allan Smokie stated.
