Santa Oketta, the former presidential advisor to President Yoweri Museveni in charge of mobilization Acholi sub-region is dead.
Santa breathed her last at St Mary's hospital Lacor where she had been admitted on Thursday, 21, August 2025.
The deceased was a retired employee of Bank of Uganda and also Gulu City Woman Councilor IV for the elderly people.
A number of people who worked with her at different levels describe Santa as a hardworking and passionate woman.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
