Former Leader Of Opposition and Gulu City Woman Member of Parliament, Hon Betty Aol Ocan is currently mourning the painful loss of her beloved mother after a short illness.
Her mother passed on this morning from Gulu Independent Hospital where she was hospitalized for special medications.
The heartbroken, Hon Betty Aol Ocan has confirmed her mother passing on Facebook on Friday morning and posted a picture.
"I regret to inform you about the passing on of my beloved who just passed on this morning. May her soul rest in eternal peace.'' she posted.
