Northern Uganda bodybuilding and fitness association NUBBFA has today revealed that 10 of its members are set ready to compete in the MR. Ugsanda, a National Bodybuilding competition scheduled for Sunday 3rd December 2023 in Kampala.
Ocaya Regan Ganado, the General Secretary for NUBBAFA today during the interview reveales to this websites that their bodybuilders have been in active training making them both physically and mentally prepared for the Mr. Uganda bodybuilding competition adding that all the 10 participants have left Gulu city today in the morning to Kampala.
The participants include Juma Shaidi, Kilama Wilfred, Omot Godfrey, Ojok Baling, Obwona Joseph Joe, Oyugi Sylvester.
Others are Rachkara Emmanuel, Rubangakene Sunday, Kizito Solomon and Areso Prossy.
The areas of competitions are body physique (body building), arm wrestling, bikini and powerlifting.
Bodybuilding is a sport involving strenuous physical exercise in order to strengthen and enlarge the muscles of the body.
