Ogadia John Robert, a 22 year old father from Sapir village in Kangodo parish in Kyere sub county Serere district has been charged with aggravated defiling his own 19 month old son and having unlawful carnal knowledge of the child.
The suspect the wife allegedly separated in the year 2021 after the wife giving birth to their child.
In October 2022, after several failed attempts to reconciliation, he went to pick up his 19 month old son from his mother.
He allegedly began sodomizing his son at night, which drew neighbors' attention and caused them to call the police.
The victim was medically examined and proof of raptured anus with brusies obtained. Also the suspect was medically examined and found to be normal.
