Northern Uganda musicians are unhappy with Gen Salim Saleh over the favour he's giving to Kampala based musicians.
The musicians are currently not happy because whenever these Kampala based musicians come to Gulu city, they are given huge sums of money while they are always being left out.
This comes after another group of Kampala artists came to Gulu city a few days to meet Gen Salim Saleh in the name of collecting money from him.
But several times, the General has been seen handing over huge amounts of money to Kampala musicians.
It's said that a group of Kampala musicians led by singer Jose Chameleone under umbrella 'United Superstar Association' who are still spending and enjoying a good life in Gulu are being accommodated by the General himself.
It should be noted ever since Covid-19 hit the globe, Kampala artists have been making their ways to Gulu and collecting money from the army general.
According to some musicians, they are all affected equally and they are all not doing any music business but they are not being considered as other affected musicians.
