City Tycoon and businessman Lucima Okee Basil, the proprietor of homeland bus company and cruiser has been confirmed dead.
His family member confirmed to the website that their beloved father succumbed to high blood pressure and diabetes which he has battled for years.
The deceased passed on from Kiruddu hospital in Kampala on Thursday 17th December Afternoon where he had been admitted for special treatments.
