Radio personality Ryan Seacrest is reportedly selling his posh Beverly Hills pad for a whopping $85 Million.
He bought the pad way back in 2012 from Ellen Degeneres for a price of $32 Million. Ryan intends to pocket close to $44 Million from the sale.
The presenter doesn't live often in this LA pad since he spends most of his time in New York where he co hosts "Live with Kelly and Ryan".
The pad is 9,000 square feet with four bedrooms, 6 baths and a gourmet chef's kitchen that opens to an outdoor pizza oven. It also boosts a movie theatre, spa and a world-class gym.
