Award-winning Lakubukubu export Jenneth Prischa has shared a candid message with fellow women, urging them not to force absent parents to take responsibility for children they have chosen not to support.
Prischa emphasized that women should not exhaust themselves trying to make a man become a father to his own children, nor should they be forced to carry the responsibility of a woman who has walked away from her children and made little or no effort to check on them or share parental responsibilities.
“Never force a man to be a father to his own kids, or a woman who left her kids and never bothered to check on or share the responsibility. Life will handle them,” Prischa advised.
Her remarks highlight the emotional and practical challenges faced by parents who are left to raise children largely on their own. She encouraged women to focus their energy on caring for their children and building a stable future rather than constantly pursuing an unwilling or absent parent.
Prischa's message has sparked conversation about parental responsibility, accountability and the difficult choices single parents sometimes face while raising children.
