Police in Gulu City said producer and singer City Boy, who was arrested on Tuesday 8th April 2025 for allegedly insulting Agago MP, Hon Okot Amos John has regained his freedom.
The Kwany Tong crooner's arrest stirred public attention, with fans expressing shock and concern.
According to police, the producer was arrested over his social media statement in which he abused Hon Okot John Amos.
Speaking to the DPC of Gulu CPS, City Boy was released on police bond on Wednesday 9th April 2025.
He however warned the producer, and singer never to repeat such acts because it may bring him more problems.
