South African rapper Touchline to perform at climate change concert in Gulu

South African born singer, songwriter and rapper, Thabo Mahlwele alias Touchline is expected to perform in Gulu City at a high-profile festival aimed at promoting climate change awareness.

Touchline rose to fame in the local music scene through his emotional storytelling and captivating performances, starting recording music at age 17. 

Known for his tracks like I'll Always Have Me ft. veena, Actions Over Captions, Hot Property, The Calling, Free Mode, A Letter For You, Facts among many others. 

The announcement was made by the CEOs for the Music In Space project during a press conference last week at Acholi Inn.

The rapper will be performing alongside Uganda's artists such as Eezzy, Vampino, Laxzy Mover, Eddy Wizzy among others.

The 1 dollar festival is scheduled for July 4th-6th, 2025 at Pece Stadium.
