Residents of Bardege-Layibi and Laroo-Pece Division in Gulu City have decried the poor state of Kabedopong cell connecting to Patiko sub-region Gulu District which has continued to deteriorate due to the long drought.
The residents are therefore demanding urgent action from the government to rehabilitate a dusty 30 kilometer road.
The road stretching from Kabedopong cell up to Patiko Sub-county in Gulu district is in a very deplorable state.
The road is among the worst affected roads that the government has failed to rehabilitate it and it is a busy road that connects tourists to Fort Patiko and Lamwo District.
