A critical water shortage has hit Gulu city hard following the prolonged drought in some other parts of the country.
It's now three days now since piped water was last seen flowing out of taps in Gulu city and this has affected people heavily and others are seen going for borehole water in the neighboring villages.
Some other people are seeing this as a blessing since is another source of income for them.
This has been a serious problem being faced by residents of Gulu city for years now.
