Ministry of health Permanent Secretary Dr Diana Atwine has come out and stated that the ministry did not pay socialite Bad Black any amount of money.
This remarks were made last week on Sunday where Ministry gave accountability of funds and donations to fight COVID-19.
On Saturday, Bad Black was seen with NRM die hard and music promoter Balaam signing papers claiming that she had received her money. Atwine said the money came from the NRM party friends who contributed it but not the Ministry.
It all started when Bad Black was asked by Ministry of Health and Precision Media for an advert that would later be donated to Ministry in which she called on sex workers to keep away from truck drivers as a way of stopping the spread of COVID-19.
In return, the socialite threated to sue gov't and demanded for UGX 500M through a legal firm.
