Political differences between Gen Charles Otema Awany and the Bardege-Layibi Division member of parliament Hon Ojara Martin Mapenduzi buried.
This comes after the two met and shared the same table at Gen Salim Saleh's 65th birthday celebration in Gulu City on Tuesday.
Gen Otema Awany during his remarks he lamented that his very good friend (Ojara Martin Mapenduzi) who used not to greet him nor talk to him because of political differences had a great chat with him.
He however said Mapenduzi thought he was going to oust him from being an MP comes 2026 general election and promised him to be in peace.
'Today my very good friend Hon. Mapenduzi is seated on the same table with me. He was talking to me. He used not to greet me. He thought I was going to oust him to be an MP. Please be in peace.' - he said.
