On Thursday afternoon thieves stormed the Gulu Resident City Commissioner compound and stole a Bajaj bike.
Efforts to trace the suspected thieves using a CCTV camera yielded no fruit as the video showed the backend of the thieves vanishing.
This has resounded like a warning bell for the rampage theft of motorbikes in Gulu City as boda boda riders are being cautioned to take extra care.
