Brig. Gen Otema Awany Charles says he has no problem with musician turned politician Bosmic Otim William and he has chosen to forgive him.
Speaking at his consultation meeting with the people of the Bar-Dege-Layibi Division, Gen Otema said that he can't use law or go against the law on his fellow brothers who have wronged him and he has thus forgiven them.
He explained that he received a phone call from Bosmic saying that he wants to return back home and he told him to come back home because he is the son of the land.
"I can't use laws or go against the law on my brothers who have wronged me. I have forgiven them. I received a phone call saying my brother Bosmic said he wants to come back home. I told Bosmic that I have forgiven you. You are our child and I can't arm you."
However, he continued and stated that people have been spoiling his reputation that he is very rude and tough but he was trying to clean and clear the massive killing in Acholi land.
