Struggling dancehall artist Preacher Man has lamented that for the Northern Uganda music industry to grow bigger like central, artists, artist managers, presenters, emcees and deejays should stop spreading negativity among themselves.
"I have been seeing a lot of negativity from the artists, artist managers, deejays, presenters and emcees there is so much negative vibes that we don't do things with peaceful mind and a peaceful heart. We do things to frustrate one another. So this jealous should be ban and lets promote more of peace, love and respect for each other in this industry.'' - lamented.
The Luo Vibrations Music boss advised his fellow entertainers to work hard and stop looking at themselves within the region and diversify their thinking.
"We should work hard and stop looking at ourselves within Northern Uganda. We diversify our thinking,'' - He added
According to Preacherman, for the industry to grow, it needs business minded people to support their music and competition.
He further stated that they should stop seeing that he has released a new song and you also rushes to release new song inform of fighting his music.
We should not look at ourselves that Preacher has released a new song, I should also release (rush in releasing music because someone has also done). We should learn to be the best in ourselves instead of fighting and negative thoughts on one another.
