Hot Soup Music singer Profesa Maros song Yin Ilo emerged as the Best Regional Song in the just concluded Hipipo Music Awards that was held on Friday 18th November 2022 at Kampala Serena Hotel.
In the past few years, he has also been nominated in different local awards and had been registering win.
Professa Maros beat Pato Loverboy, Serena Bata, Elton Loverboy, Omega 256, Kim Nana, Chris Johnz, Shanadi and Titus Vybes.
The Med Mac hitmaker has won the prestigious for the third consecutive time in a row.
In 2020, Maros won Best Regional Song accolade with his song Med Mac which is still an anthem to music lovers.
In 2021, he emerged Best song from Northern Region accolade with his known hit song Cente Pe.
And now again this year, he scooped Best Regional Song of the year accolade with his love song Yin Ilo totally to three Hipipo awards
