Northern Uganda music legend Jahria Okwera turned politician who was at the peak of his music in 2003 after his hit songs ''Abila Lanya, and Baba Apenyi dominated all media houses is set to make a major comeback in the music Industry.
Jahria is now back ready and stronger than ever as he has released a new song titled Wan Keken
It should be noted that Jahria Okwera started 2004 in a higher gear with “Jeba Nono, and house girl taking over airwaves but he slowly went silent.
In 2011, Jahria Okwera had a music break after he showed his intention to contest for Omoro District Parliamentary seat where he was beaten by the late Speaker Jacob Oulanyah.
The Abila Lanya fame also disclosed to this website that has he will be celebrating 20 years in music industry, he will be staging his first ever music concert.
He also known because of some of his hit songs such as Arima, Bila Pa Lukwiya, Amari, Meno Mega
He further noted that he has engaged himself in talks with many stakeholders to help sponsors his upcoming music concert.
The singer also shared a hint about releasing his first music album this year.
