The celebrated award winning disco joker, DJ Joel Fresh and his management are willing to offer 1million shillings to any event organizer who will be bringing Tanzanian music star Harmonize to Northern Uganda (Gulu City)
STN signee who has a confusing appearance to that of Harmonize further stated that he is going to pay that person 1 million when he's given an opportunity to perform on the show.
