We have learnt that one of the longest serving 85.9 Speak Fm presenters Steve Palaring has left the Tegwana based radio to join Radio Pacis Gulu for a greener pastures.
The radio presenter started working at Speak Fm in 2013 untill 2022 where he came out to search for another greener pastures.
Steve Palaring served as radio host for programs like, political talk show (Oyeng Yeng) every Saturday 7-9pm, Community Dialogue (Neno Matut) every Saturday from 6-7pm, Kwan Ber every Sunday from 9-11am, In Tici every Monday to Friday from 10-1pm, In charge of mobilization and marketing, in charge community outreaches, quit his position after 8 years of service at the station.
Steve Palaring who served as a presenter, host has joined his colleague Daniel Omuge who resigned from the station last year.
While speaking to this website, Palaring said he didn't leave with bad intentions but he left with good intentions to create opportunity to his other colleagues who are in the same field to replace him.
He, however noted that he wanted to change to new environment, colleagues, and also challenges outside there.
He added that there is nothing wrong because speak is home to him and also helped in exploring his career.
