Over the weekend we met with DJ Pert Da Don a Gulu based DJ who has set up an academy, 8448 Academy gearing towards providing youths with opportunities to earn a living in the entertainment and arts sector.
8448 Academy is an academy that teaches DJ classes, dances, art and design as well as doing artists management.
With having their DJ wing as the driving force of the venture, 8448 Academy has taught a few youth DJ skills that will see them earn a living out of it.
So far, the DJ class runs for a period of 3 months training with an offer to join an active spot to practice your skills.
