Pastor Augustine Yiga Abizayo of Revival Church Kawaala has breathed his last according to reports from his TV station, ABS TV.
A family member who required anonymity said the slain Pastor passed away on Monday at 11PM and burial arrangements is slated for Saturday 31st.
Last week, Ugandan media was flooded with fake news that the pastor had passed away of liver complications, only to find out it was false.
His death comes just after he had been released from prison cells five months ago after spreading false information and propaganda related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
