Man Arrested For Allegedly Printing And Displaying Joseph Kony's Posters

Police in Kitgum Municipality have custody a municipal councilor identified as Mr. Peter Paul Tabu on allegations of printing and displaying the campaign poster of the Lord's Resistance Army rebel leader Joseph Kony.

According to a reliable source, Mr. Peter who is the LC111 representing town ward in Central Division was arrested on Saturday for allegedly printing and displaying the purported campaign posters 

However, it said that Tabu downloaded the campaign poster from social media using his phone before he printed them. 

The poster which had been circulating on social media indicated that the rebel leader was planning to contest for presidency in 2021.
