Ebong Joe, commonly known as Biggie and chairman of the NRM Veterans League for Lira City, has died.
He reportedly suffered a heart attack while watching the Everton vs Manchester City English Premier League match at Amazon Pub. He was rushed to Avento Clinic, where he was pronounced dead.
Described by colleagues as “everyone’s person,” Biggie was known for his approachability and longtime service to the NRM Veterans League in Lira City.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced. May he rest in peace.
