Police in Arua intercepted 100kg of marijuana at the Baby Coach Bus terminal, packed in two sealed boxes with tobacco leaves to evade detection.
A 31-year-old woman, a saloon operator from Ayivu East, was arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle the drugs to Kampala for sale.
Investigations are ongoing, and she is currently detained at Arua Central Police Station.
