Uganda's State Minister for International Cooperation, Okello Oryem, warns exiled NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) risks treason charges if he returns to Kampala over remarks made about Uganda in Geneva-Switzerland.
Speaking at the Geneva Summit for Human Rights and Democracy in Switzerland, Bobi Wine urged international sanctions on President Museveni and his son, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, citing human rights abuses and electoral irregularities.
Okello Oryem says Kyagulanyi should be cautious as comments against Uganda could lead to charges in the General Court Martial.
The minister advises Kyagulanyi to 'think twice', sit home, and rebuild his 'bruised' NUP brand
