Fallen Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) radio presenter Teddy Claire Apili has been laid to rest on Wednesday amid tears and sorrow.
The body of Teddy was buried on Wednesday, October, 8th, 2025 in her ancestoral home in Mitacoo village, Oyam District seven days after she died.
Hundreds of mourners thronged the village of Mitacoo, Oyam District, Northern Uganda to pay their last respects to a woman who, at 41, had played crucial role in the development of Northern Uganda entertainment industry.
Teddy died on September 30, 2025 from Trinity's International Hospital, Seeta where she had been admitted after battling breast cancer for almost five years.
Mourners, musicians and media personalities travelled from different parts of the country to pay their last respects to Teddy.
