Northern Uganda celebrated musicians, Eddy Wizzy and Trip Otrip are currently locked in a bitter fight over Ket Mawangi hit song ownership.
A few days ago, Eddy Wizzy reported copyright infringement case to YouTube claiming that Trip Otrip, Polite Mosko and producer Sammie Touch stole his creation and YouTube took immediate action to bring down the song.
Both Eddy Wizzy and Trip Otrip who were good friends are now enemies and not in good terms following the copyright saga.
Both two talented artists claim ownership and full control over the creation and now the question is who is the owner of the hit song?
However, YouTube has taken down the song from Trip Otrip channel and issued strong warning to him never to re-upload the song or else his will be banned.
"A copyright strike has been applied to your account due to the Infringement claims against your upload. Stores ask that you please do not re-upload the content until the dispute has been resolved between you and the claimant. Note that if another takedown is received for your content, all stores and streaming services will likely to remove your entire catalog of music and distrokid account will be banned followed by account closure."
