A bus belonging to Nile Star company registration no.UBD 216H has, on Monday evening exploded in Uleppi, Madi Okolo along Nebbi-Arua highway.
According to the close source, the fire broke out after the bus developing a mechanical issue. Meanwhile passengers and properties were safely evacuated.
The harrowing ordeal took place at 9pm in Uleppi, Madi Okolo when the bus was travelling from Arua to Kampala.
Last year, a bus from the same company travelling from Arua to Kampala caught fire in Nwoya District, and burnt into Ashes.
